In the spirit of keeping things pristine any removable stains may incur additional cleaning charges. For those stubborn non-removable stains, a replacement fee for the damaged/soiled item will apply. > Undisclosed animals or guests: Please inform us of any additional animals or guests beforehand. Additional fees ($100/day fee if broken) or cleaning charges may apply if policies are not followed. > Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. > Climate Considerations: Florida has a tropical climate so please keep doors/windows closed to prevent unwanted pests. > Thermostat Settings: Maintain the thermostat between 68°F and 78°F to prevent damage to the A/C system. > No Open Flames: For safety reasons, avoid open flames, candles, or matches. Additional considerations to keep in mind for a smooth and enjoyable stay: > Replacement fees for missing or stained towels/linens. > An additional cleaning fee may apply if trash is left on the ground or dirty dishes are not placed in the dishwasher. > Charges for broken or damaged items/furniture.
